Sea-Change is an Industrial Theatre company focusing on organisational and individual sustainability. Our main focus is on communicating social, cultural and environmental issues that are relevant to your organisation and reflect both specific ethnic identity and multi-culturism. Industrial Theatre has the ability to move individuals and collectives from indifference to a unified state of perception; it brokers a state of understanding, relating and sustainability. Sea-Change serves as a partner to individuals and their organisations at times of communication efforts, perceived danger, uncertainty and change.

We believe organisational and personal transformation depend hugely on the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence, and aim to inspire the individual to take personal responsibility for their lives, both at home and at work. It has been said that:
